Hi Again,
Just a friendly reminder of our purpose: the weather report for today in Afghanistan is 40 degrees and a warming trend (!) for tonight at 30 degrees. Tomorrow, the forecast is for 29 degrees. Many of our troops are in tents (!!) out in the 'boonies' serving duty. Although the heating system in tents is less than desirable, regardless of the time of year, the natural air conditioning works full time and very well. Ahem......get the point?
Keep knitting and crocheting. And let me know when you mail things off. It means something...

P.S. It is winter in Iraq so it goes down into the 30's at night even though it warms up significantly during the day. Just a thought....
